When you contact us through this site we collect the details you give us: your name, business, email and anything you write in the message. If you become a client, we process the lead data you share with us solely to deliver the recovery work you have asked for.
We use your enquiry to reply to you and prepare a recovery estimate. Client lead data is processed only to run the agreed campaign, under your instructions, and is never sold or shared for any other purpose.
We rely on legitimate interests for responding to business enquiries, and on a contract basis for client work. Where required, we act as a data processor on your behalf under a written agreement.
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your request. Client data is returned or deleted at the end of an engagement on request.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing. Contact us and we will respond within one month.
