Commercial model

Pay for recovered value, not activity.

There is no universal percentage, because a 40,000 pound kitchen order and a 300 pound service do not share the same economics. We choose a model that matches the real value we create and can be reconciled cleanly.

MODEL A

Share of recovered contribution

Preferred where the client can give reliable margin or contribution data. We agree a share of the extra contribution we create.

MODEL B

Fixed value per completed outcome

Useful where margins are private or inconsistent. A completed sale or other economic event has a fee agreed in advance.

MODEL C

Share of recovered revenue

Suitable where headline revenue is a fair proxy for value. Normally paired with a sensible cap or a rate set for the category.

Before launch

The finish line is frozen before we run.

What no cost, no fee means

For accepted performance campaigns there is no cost to start and no fee for our activity. We are paid only when the agreed recovery event happens. If we recover nothing, you pay nothing.

When we say no

We will not accept every database. Very small pools, low transaction value, poor records, uncertain permission, no capacity to fulfil the demand, or an outcome that cannot be verified, can make the economics unattractive for both sides.

Give us the numbers before the data.
